Manufacture of Plastic materials since 2015

● The products have high precision and gloss.
● Less waste is generated during production.
● It saves raw and auxiliary materials, is light in weight, easy to transport, has good sealing performance, and meets the requirements of environmentally friendly green packaging.
● It can package any special-shaped products, and no additional buffering materials are needed for packaging.
● The packaged products are transparent and visible, beautiful in appearance, easy to sell, and suitable for mechanized and automated packaging, which facilitates modern management, saves manpower, and improves efficiency.

● Blister-processed parts are generally used for housings, structural parts, insulation parts, and even transmission gears. Since high precision is required, mold manufacturing costs are high.
● In addition, the materials selected are generally high-strength materials such as PC, PBT, PA, PPO, etc., so the processing cost of parts is relatively high.
●High mold quality and excellent materials also make the processed parts have good dimensional consistency.

Including PVC, PP, PS, PE, ABS, PMMA and PC, etc. Among them, pure PP has poor thermoformability, and can only use the female mold plunger pressure-assisted method, also known as the positive pressure method. The thermoforming performance can be improved by blending a small amount of PE. PVC, PP and PS sheets are commonly used blister materials and are mainly used for the molding of cups, boxes, trays and other products. Thick sheets such as PMMA, ABS and PC are often used for forming blister products. Please note that although these plastic materials are suitable for blister molding, specific application scenarios, cost and other factors still need to be considered when selecting. At the same time, blister molding has high requirements on the thermoplasticity, fluidity and other properties of plastic materials, so sufficient testing and evaluation are required.
