Structural design
According to different working conditions, help users choose suitable sealing products and groove matching size.

Mold making
Preliminary mold processing of sealed products in its own precision mold workshop, using P20 and above mold steel and chrome plating treatment.
03.
Raw material inspection
Strict inspection and tracking of each batch of raw materials to ensure stable and consistent product performance from the source.
04.
T90 sulfur change test
15-20 hours high temperature secondary vulcanization to optimize the cross-linking density and strengthen the mechanical and compression set performance of sealed products.
05.
Compression molding
Vacuum automatic flat heating for one-time vulcanization, which has higher flatness and smoothness than ordinary vulcanized products.
06.
Post-vulcanization
Carry out sulfur change test before production to ensure the best temperature and time for one-time curing of the product.
07.
Low temperature trimming
Low-temperature freezing of liquid nitrogen for trimming, to prevent incomplete flash handling and cracking of the sealing ring caused by manual trimming or centrifuge trimming.
08.
Visual inspection
Infrared automatic full detection system, so small and complex sealed product defects are invisible.
09.
Performance test
Detect and follow the manufacturing process, and control a series of performance indicators such as tensile strength, elongation at break, hardness, compression permanent deformation, etc. throughout the process.
