To develop and produce a satisfactory finished product, the premise is that the material selection must be reasonable and economical. The selection steps include the following main processes:

The smaller the numbers listed in the table are, the better. However, when selecting, you should first determine the most important properties of the parts to be manufactured. For example, if the environment used is very acidic, then PTFE (Fluoron) is not suitable; if you think it is weak in strength, you can also consider PVDF (Steel Fluoron) or use other methods; if the main condition is strength, you should consider POM (Raysteel) vs. NYLON6A (Nylon 6A); however, if size is also important, there is only POM. Therefore, only after the primary conditions are determined can other secondary conditions be compared.
