● Induction welding: Mainly uses high-frequency equipment, high-voltage rectifier, self-excited high-frequency electron tube oscillation to instantly generate electromagnetic wave current electric field, and uses the processed PVC, TPU, EVA, PET and other plastic and plastic materials to generate poles in the electromagnetic wave electric field. Personalized friction generates heat, and a certain amount of pressure is added to achieve the welding effect on the plastics and plastic products that need to be heat-sealed and welded.
● Spin Welding: Rotary friction plastic welding machines are generally used to weld two round thermoplastic workpieces. During welding, one workpiece is fixed on the bottom mold, and the other workpiece rotates on the surface of the fixed workpiece. Since there is a certain amount of pressure acting on the two workpieces, the heat generated by the friction between the workpieces can melt the contact surface of the two workpieces and form a solid and airtight combination. Among them, positioning spin welding rotates at a set time and stops at the set position instantly, becoming a permanent fusion.
● Hot gas welding: also known as hot air welding. Compressed air or inert gas (usually nitrogen) is heated to the required temperature by the heater in the welding gun, and sprayed onto the plastic surface and steel bar, so that the two melt and combine under moderate pressure. Plastics that are sensitive to oxygen (such as polyphthalamine, etc.) should use inert gas as the heating medium, while other plastics generally use filtered air. This method is commonly used for welding polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyformaldehyde, polystyrene, carbonate and other plastics.
● Hot plate welding: Using a pumped plate structure, the heat of the heating plate is transferred to the welding surface of the upper and lower plastic heating elements by the electric heating method, so that the surface is melted, and then the heating plate is quickly withdrawn, and the upper and lower heating elements are heated and melted Fusion, solidification, becoming one. The whole machine is in the form of a frame, consisting of three large plates: an upper template, a lower template, and a hot template. It is also equipped with a hot mold and an upper and lower plastic cold mold. The action mode is pneumatic control.
● The size of the welding seam is precise, air-tight and water-tight, the welding is firm, and high-precision welding parts can be obtained.
● During the welding process, there is less resin degradation, less debris, no flash, and the surfaces of components can be precisely connected.
● Minimize thermal damage and thermal deformation, and can bond resins of different compositions or colors together.
● It can weld parts with extremely small size or complex shape and structure, and even “penetration welding” can be performed on some complex parts.
● Vibration-free technology produces air-tight or vacuum-tight structures.
● The equipment has a high degree of automation and can be easily used for processing complex plastic parts.
