PEEK-GF30
PEEK-GF30 refers to 30% glass fiber reinforced PEEK. It is a high-performance thermoplastic that adds 30% glass fiber to enhance its physical properties, reduce the expansion rate of PEEK, and increase the flexural modulus. 30% fiberglass-reinforced PEEK is ideal for structural applications where increased strength, stiffness or stability is required, especially at temperatures above 300°F (150°C).
As a polymer material, PEEK itself already has excellent properties, such as chemical corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, etc. The mechanical properties and durability of PEEK can be further enhanced by adding glass fibers.
