Our company will confirm with the customer about the sample size, quality level, and shipping address based on the sample application form provided by the customer, and make a sample reply within 24 hours. Approved samples will be sent out within 48 hours.

Sample Fee
● General plastic profiles are free within 2KG, and there is a fee for those above 2KG.
● Engineering plastic profiles are free within 2KG, and there is a fee for those above 2KG.
● Insulation materials, except synthetic stone, other insulation materials are free within 2KG, and a certain fee will be charged for more than 2KG;
1KG of synthetic stone is only free, and a certain fee will be charged for more than 1KG.
● High-performance engineering plastic profiles, a certain fee is charged for samples
● For plastic extrusion special profiles, you need to pay the mold fee and sample fee.
● Machined parts, sample fee is required
● Injection molded parts require mold fees and sample fees.

Freight payment
Sample transportation costs are borne by the customer, and the customer can choose to pay by the following methods:
● Pay on delivery from express account
● Pay the courier fee to our bank account
● Pay via Western Union
● Payment via PAYPAL, but a certain amount of handling fee is required
