POM-H+PTFE
POM-H+PTFE is a material blended and extruded from POM raw materials and PTFE (Teflon) fibers. It retains most of the inherent strength of POM-H, while its properties are altered due to the addition of PTFE fibers, making it softer, less stiff, and smoother. Compared with pure POM board, this material has better lubricity. Bearings made of POM-H+PTFE have low friction coefficient, are wear-resistant, and have basically no creeping phenomenon. ErtacetalH-TF (POM-H+PTFE) not only retains the inherent strength of ErtacetalH pure material, but is softer, less stiff, and smoother than pure polyacetal resin. Compared with ErtacetalC and H, ErtacetalH-TF (POM-H+PTFE) provides excellent sliding properties.
