Acetal POM-C
Acetal POM-C is made of POM (polyoxymethylene) material, a semi-crystalline thermoplastic. POM materials are commonly known as acetal (the chemical name is polyoxymethylene).
Acetal POM-C material is a POM copolymer with a lower melting point and better chemical resistance, but its processing performance is not as good as that of POM homopolymer. POM-C materials are mainly used to manufacture sliding application parts such as bearing bushes, rollers and slide rails, as well as electrically insulating parts and parts in contact with water.
In addition, acetal POM-C material has good dimensional stability, high mechanical strength and stiffness, good creep resistance, high recovery force and recovery elasticity.
